Standing Tubing Abduction

Great exercise for toning and rehabilitation of the shoulder.

Starting Position

1) Stand Upright, soft knees, neutral spine

2) Hold the tubing/band in your right hand

3) Start to move your arm out to the side, do not bend at the elbow

4) Breathe out on the exersion, repeat at least 12-15 times and change arms
